Laurence BERRUTTO

Biography

Laurence Berrutto, holder of a DJCE / DESS in Business and Tax Law (class of 1990), has been a member of the Lyon Bar since 1998. She began her career in 1991 in Paris.

After more than 25 years in international law firms, including Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte then Ernst & Young, and an experience of five years in Switzerland at the Geneva office, she has joined Valoris Avocats in Lyon as avocate Counsel in March 2018.

During these years, Laurence has developed a strong expertise in indirect taxation. She advises French and international companies on French and international VAT, and customs issues, and is particularly involved in securing and optimizing cross-border flows of goods and services. She also handles all aspects of French VAT compliance on behalf of foreign companies.

She assists her clients in French and English.
